A pioneer in Jewish workplace inclusion, Naomi co-founded and chaired Jewish ERGs, a global coalition of Jewish ERG leaders, scaling a handful of leaders into a  consortium of over 130.  She also co-founded and served as Global Chair of Google’s Inter Belief Network Employee Resource Group and Global co-Lead of Google’s Jewglers  --  who 

A pioneer in Jewish workplace inclusion, Naomi co-founded and chaired Jewish ERGs, a global coalition of Jewish ERG leaders, scaling a handful of leaders into a  consortium of over 130.  She also co-founded and served as Global Chair of Google’s Inter Belief Network Employee Resource Group and Global co-Lead of Google’s Jewglers  --  who  fondly nicknamed  her their  "Rebbetzin" -- for almost 7 years. 

An active member of the Coalition for Faith & Media, she has lectured on and authored works about antisemitism and religious inclusion. In 2023, she was named ERG Leader of the Year by the Religious Freedom & Business Foundation.

A UX content design leader, Naomi has an M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University and a dual degree in History and Journalism from Rutgers University.

Nicole has a degree in Psychology from City St George's, University of London.

The co-lead of L’Chaim, Netflix’s Jewish Employee Resource Group, Danielle Josephs is principal counsel on the Animation Series Business and Legal Affairs team at Netflix. She serves as lead attorney for the kids & family animated series slate, which involves structuring and negotiating rights deals for pre-existing intellectual property,

The co-lead of L’Chaim, Netflix’s Jewish Employee Resource Group, Danielle Josephs is principal counsel on the Animation Series Business and Legal Affairs team at Netflix. She serves as lead attorney for the kids & family animated series slate, which involves structuring and negotiating rights deals for pre-existing intellectual property, production services agreements with partner studios, and personal services agreements for above-the-line talent in development and production.

Danielle has a dual degree in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Rutgers University, and received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

The former senior co-chair of Apple’s Jewish ERG, Debra led that group and enabled it to become a thriving global community that celebrated Jewish pride and provided meaningful support in difficult times. She has over 30 years’ experience as a lawyer, practicing primarily in the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) field, first at a law firm and then in-house at various global companies where she worked to establish and build HSE programs around the world. Debra is currently managing counsel at the Torrance Refinery in Southern California overseeing all legal issues that arise at the refinery. 

Debra received her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law – Newark and graduated with a B.A. from Brandeis University in Politics.

 A founding partner at Modina Consulting Group,  Adina Lastoff is a seasoned expert in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and has over 20 years of experience in the U.S. banking industry.  An advocate for Jews in business and industry, Adina is the former head of Bank of NY Mellon's Jewish ERG. She has a degree in Business  Management
